Indentures of Trust and Restriction

The purpose and intention of the Indenture is to preserve the neighborhood and to protect against certain uses, to apply to all, including all common land, and mutually to benefit, guard and restrict future residents of The Villages at Baxter Ridge while fostering their health, welfare and safety.
