Instructions for Preparing an
Architectural Improvement Request
*** Note: This form is for modifications for all homes and condominiums. Condominium residents should also submit the Application for Approval of Exterior Modification form located at www.baxterridgecondos.com. ***
ALL requests for exterior modifications, including but not limited to, additions, house color, roofs, patios, covered porches, decks, play structures, basketball goals, above ground and invisible fencing, solar panels, generators or other work MUST be submitted on the Architectural Improvement Request form. No work shall begin until the request has been submitted and approved by the Trustees.
There are two methods available for submitting the Architectural Improvement Request:
- Use the Online Modification Submission option to submit your request using the website.
- Use the Paper Modification Submission option to submit of your request via email or the USPS.
