The Villages at Baxter Ridge is a subdivision located in Chesterfield, Missouri containing 307 houses and 128 condominiums, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court with pickleball and common ground.  Baxter Ridge consists of four villages (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter). Single family homes are located in the Spring, Autumn and Winter Villages. Condominiums are located in the Summer Village.

The entire Villages at Baxter Ridge (both homes and condominiums) are governed by the Indentures of Trust and Restrictions for The Villages at Baxter Ridge.

Chesterfield is located just about 25 minutes west of downtown St. Louis, along the Interstate 64/U.S. Highway 40 corridor. The city was formed in 1988 by citizens who cared deeply about the area and about the quality of life in the area.
